What's under the floor?
A full renovation strips the room back to structure, so this tells us what we're rebuilding onto.
Every full renovation includes a rebuilt floor and a brand-new waterproofing membrane, certified to
current Australian Standards. We don't tile over old waterproofing or a floor we haven't inspected. Both are already
priced into the estimate below.
